what to expect
here's how your first visit to sage works.

book online
reserve your spot through our booking link. spots are limited so we'd recommend grabbing yours early. you'll get a confirmation with everything you need to know.

arrive a few minutes early
come 5–10 minutes before class so we can show you the space, get you set up on the reformer, and make sure you feel comfortable before we start. no rushing, no confusion.

move at your own pace
our coaches guide every movement with clear cueing. every exercise is intentional and challenging — modifications exist, but this is a full-body strength workout. you'll be pushed and supported in equal measure.

leave stronger than you came in
expect to feel it — full body. after class, we're happy to answer questions, walk you through membership options, or just chat.

i've never used a reformer. will i keep up?
yes. our coaches cue every movement from the ground up and offer modifications throughout. you don't need to know anything walking in — that's the whole point of this class.
is this pilates?
not exactly. we use the reformer as a tool for controlled, full-body strength training — think intentional movement, progressive resistance, and real results. our custom reformers are designed to support serious strength work in a way traditional equipment doesn't.
why only 9 reformers?
intentional. we built sage around small-group training that actually feels personal — 9 custom reformers means every client gets real coaching, real attention, and a real workout. it's not a coincidence, it's the whole point.
what should i wear?
comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in. grip socks are required on the reformer — bring your own or grab a custom sage pair at the studio.
what does the workout actually feel like?
high intensity, low impact. it's a full-body strength workout — you'll feel your legs, core, arms, and back working in ways most training doesn't reach. the reformer's spring resistance makes it joint-friendly without making it easy.
